1. To Read Kindle Books on Your Mac, You can use the Kindle App
Step 1: Download the application
Downloading the Kindle app on your Mac is the first step. Go to the Apple App Store and search for Kindle. Click the GET button, and wait until the entire downloading process is completed.
Step 2: Complete the required details for your account
Open the app on your device, and enter the necessary information for Amazon. Previously, if you purchased items for the Kindle app on another Apple device, they would be visible in your library. The Kindle app syncs across all devices.

Step 2: Connect to your Kindle Cloud Reader
To access the Kindle Cloud Reader, visit https://read.amazon.com/. Log in using your Amazon account. Both of these options would work. You will see a clean and professional interface after you sign in. You can also see your Kindle books if you have already purchased them in the Cloud tab.
Step 3: Use the Kindle Cloud Reader to read the books
Accessing books via Kindle Cloud reader is much easier than reading them. Click on the title of the book in the library to start reading. The Kindle Cloud Reader will take you to the page/chapter you have left since the last time you read the book.
Step 4: Add Kindle books and other Kindle books to the Kindle Cloud Reader
You can choose to have your book delivered to the Kindle Cloud reader by clicking the ‘Purchase Now’ button. This is not necessary. All books purchased through the Kindle Store will be automatically added to the Kindle Cloud Reader library.
