Mere Desh Ki Dharti : New Release Date, Storyline, Star Cast, Trailer

Divyendu Sharma, a crime thriller web series Mirzapur of fame, will soon be seen in the lead role in cinemas in Mere Desh Ki Dharti. Faraz Haider directed the film and wrote the screenplay. Piyush Mishra, actor-singer of Arambh Hai Prachand fame, composed the dialogues.

The comedy-drama follows the story of Ajay (the protagonist) and Sameer (the antagonist). They overcome setbacks in engineering careers to become stars in rural India. The film also examines that, while urban youth are busy finding jobs, the farming sector is one major enterprise.

Mere Desh Ki Dharti Release Date

The long-awaited movie Mere Desh ki Dharti was originally released on Kisan Diwas, 11 February 2022. However, it was delayed again by COVID. It was originally scheduled to release on 14 August 2020, but it was delayed due to COVID. The film will now be released on 6 May 2022.

Vaishali Sarwankar, the financier of Mere Desh Ki Dharti, has created Carnival Motion Pictures. The makers released the first look at the main lead Divyendu on Republic Day (26 January). However, the poster was launched in December 2021, and the release date for the film was announced on Kisan Diwas 2022.

The trailer for the film has been unveiled. It is a close to three-minute comedy trailer filled with incredible performances from the main cast. Anant Vidhaat and Divyendu are the method actors. Rajesh Sharma and Inaamulhaq are the method actors. The trailer also highlights the struggles of two young people who quit their jobs to start a business that involves agriculture in a remote village.
