In today’s episode, Akshara comes back home. Arohi questions Suhasini and Swarna about the preparation of handmade henna. Suhasini explains the ritual. Kairav and Vansh agree to assist Arohi in preparing the henna used by Akshara. Akshara stands stunned. Manjiri calls Suhasini & Swarna and asks them to cancel their wedding plans. Akshara gets restless. Manjiri asks Goenka not to take her wrong and then reveals about the destination wedding. Goenka’s get happy. Akshara and Abhimanyu share an awkward moment. Abhimanyu visits the hospital to care for a critically ill patient. Akshara recalls Abhimanyu’s accusations and is shocked. Arohi questions Akshara about Akshara’s past and why she is so silent. Arohi doesn’t get a response from Akshara. Arohi offers Akshara cold coffee.

Abhimanyu treats a patient. Another doctor informs Abhimanyu that the patient is not responding. Akshara sings to calm the patient. Abhimanyu and Akshara reminisce about their past. Goenkas claims they have less time for Mehendi preparations. Manish promises everything will go according to schedule. They search for Akshara. Swarna says that Rohan asked Akshara if she needed her for a patient. Suhasini says it is quite late. Kairav asks Manish to tell Suhasini that she should not worry, as Abhimanyu has Akshara. Swarna states that Akshara is blessed to have Birla’s. Arohi gets irked.

At the hospital, Abhimanyu ignores Akshara. Akshara tells Abhimanyu that it’s fine, even if he doesn’t want to speak to her. She will still hope that he will route her to him. Abhimanyu flees from the scene.

Aksahra prepares for mehendi. Kairav, Vansh, Manish, and Akhilesh naagin dance recalling Naksh. Swarna and Suhasini ask the boys to get ready for the ceremony. Manish requests them to have fun. Arohi later joins them. Akshara is waiting for Abhimanyu.

Abhimanyu remembers Akshara’s lies and becomes angry. The hospital staff believes that Abhimanyu is punctual and does exercise, fulfilling commitments, even when he’s not there. Birla is excited to go to Goenka’s mehendi. Manjiri visits Abhimanyu to learn the truth about the accident. She defends Akshara. Abhimanyu won’t listen to Manjiri. Arohi questions Akshara about why she isn’t in her senses. She tells her she has the wrong shoe. Arohi questions Akshara about what’s making her so restless. Akshara stands mum. [Episode Ends]
